I can authentically profess that I love what I do every day.

I am trained to provide scientific-evidence-based, Optimum Performance Training programs for clients that produce results. Personal training programs are prepared with a set purpose and intent to meet client’s individual goals and keep them safe. The intent in which the exercises are executed is crucial to the client’s successful outcome of their training program. Therefore, clients are constantly encouraged to tap into their mind-muscle connection instead of just moving through space. I monitor body alignment, form, breathing, core stabilization, and focused concentration on the task at hand.

Clients share their input when reviewing, evaluating, and discussing programming progress, setbacks, and the journey together ahead. Workouts are created to help increase overall lean body mass, endurance, improve strength, and have clients moving through the activities of daily living with ease.

Personal training is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. I encourage people of all ages to move and remain active daily. I’d love to help you reach your personal goals and provide weekly accountability to keep you motivated and on top of your health.
